Here at 4 Lil Babushkas, our main aim and ethos is to create Eco-friendly, Organic and Quality pieces of clothing that are wearable pieces of art!
I have an absolute passion for all things Organic, including only eating Organic meats and produce. I am a firm believer in the conditions that Organic products are produced in, and not to mention the health and environmental benefits too! Often it is hard to source Organic clothing in various sizes, but we try our hardest to primarily only stock clothing that's made from Organic cotton. When we can't source Organic, only superior quality cotton clothing is used.
I also have a little partiality for Japanese cotton fabrics, simply because they are so unique and also very soft. I thoroughly enjoy hand stitching my apppliques, even if it does take hours!! I actually find it therapeautic and get total enjoyment out of seeing my creation emerge!! I must attribute my love of sewing and craft from my beloved Mother, who happily taught us sewing every Tuesday night as we were growing up.
